Deleting your personal data

At Ingenium we respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data, in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
This English version is provided for convenience. Ingenium operates under Colombian law and the Spanish version of this document is the binding one.
What data we handle
When you write to us on WhatsApp or leave your details on our site, we may store your name, phone number, email address, résumé and the content of our conversations.
Our WhatsApp support uses artificial intelligence to answer your messages. Those conversations are stored so the guidance can carry on from where it left off.
How to request deletion
Write to us at team@ingeniumcareer.net with the subject “Data deletion”, giving your full name and the phone number or email you used to contact us.
You can also request it on WhatsApp, from the number you wrote to us with.
Timeframes
We answer enquiries within ten (10) business days and deletion claims within fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day after we receive the request, in accordance with articles 14 and 15 of Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
We will confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.
Exceptions
We may keep certain information when there is a legal or contractual duty to do so. In that case we will tell you which information and for how long.
