1. What the service is

Ingenium offers 1:1 career coaching, AI-powered tools and a job search engine to accelerate your career. The services exist to guide and support you; we do not guarantee that you will get a job, as the outcome depends on many external factors.

2. Registration and account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.
• You must be of legal age or have authorization from your legal guardian.

3. Plans and payments

Some services are paid. The price, scope and conditions of each plan are disclosed before you purchase. Unless the law says otherwise, payments for services already delivered are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes, or to publish false or offensive content, or content belonging to others without permission.
• Do not attempt to breach security, or to copy or exploit the service without permission.
• Do not impersonate other people or Ingenium.

5. Intellectual property

Ingenium's brand, content, software and materials are protected by law. The content you upload (résumé, profile) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ingenium will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Termination

You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.
